Earth tides (solid Earth deformation from lunar/solar gravity), tsunamis (generated by submarine earthquakes/landslides/volcanic activity), and plate motions (driven by mantle convection) are all processes independent of the presence of an atmosphere. Geomagnetic storms, however, result from the interaction of solar wind plasma with Earth's magnetosphere and ionosphere — the ionosphere being the electrically conducting upper layer of the atmosphere — so removing the atmosphere would eliminate the ionospheric component essential to typical magnetic storm phenomena.
